Their customer service is excellent as well as their person-to-person communication. My only beef, if you could call it that, is that I paid more for shipping than I did for the three crates. However, I didn't want to order too many crates, if I could not find uses for them. With that said, if I hadn't claimed the orange for my kayak, I would already be out of the three I ordered. The kids pounced on them almost immediately, and the toddler took the box! I may order a few of the larger crates to help keep the kids rooms a little more organized. I'll let them pick their own colours.
